Placing an order

Orders are placedthrough the website and payed for in advance using a credit or debit card via secure Paypal.

Once you have placed anorder you will receive a confirmation email. Please check for anyerrors as once orders are designed/despatched we cannot be responsible for anyerrors to your order.

Orders will bedespatched within the advertised lead times. Occasionally orders may be shorteror longer than advertised lead times, we will endeavor to contact customers tonotify of any changes.


We aim to dispatch orders within 14 working days, this maybe longer during busy times. but we will advise you of this.  If you need an item made quickly, please get in touch and we may be able to help. Orders are sent first class using Royal Mail. If youwish your items to be delivered the next day or signed for then additionaldelivery costs will be incurred. Please contact us for details. 

If your item does not arrive in the post within the timespecified please contact us. 

Once your order isdespatched a dispatch email will be sent to your specified email address.


Weaim to keep the website up to date at all times but In the unlikely event thata product you have ordered is not available, we will advise you of this and youwill have the option to change your order. If you do not wish to change, a fullrefund will be offered.

Ifany items arrive damaged, please inform us immediately and return them within 7days. We will offer you a full refund or replacement item.

In the event that customers are unhappy with the item that they receive please contact usimmediately and we will look to resolve the issue. Please do not return an itemuntil we specifically instruct to do so as we cannot credit items unlesspreviously agreed.

In the event of achange of mind, the cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer andwill not be refunded. Customers have a duty of care when returning an item.This includes ensuring that the return item is suitably packed for delivery.

From the time ofreceiving an item customers must notify us within 14 days, by email if theywish to cancel an order. All items must bereturned in original, perfect and unused, unmarked condition.

In the unlikely eventthat customers receive a faulty item, customers should contact us immediatelybefore attempting to return. We reserve the right to request photographicevidence or similar of any item received.

For items that arebespoke, made to order or include personalisation, customers do not have theright to cancel this order once placed. This is inline with the ConsumerContract Regulations 2014. This includes furniture items, wedding/eventsstationery & greetings cards.

Personalised Items

Where items arepersonalised with a customers wording, we take wording exactly from an order.We will not be responsible for any misspellings etc where wording is takenexactly from a customers order.
